Project & Team Management
It begins with initiative.
Motivation, desire, drive, and the ability to speak up. That’s my process.
Explore two brief examples below.
Project Management
Anchor QEA | Scholarship Program
Anchor has an annual scholarship program for graduate students pursuing a degree in environmental engineering or a related field. Every fall, the marketing team is responsible for relaunching and promoting the program for students.
I was responsible for managing social, website, and internal promotion, as well as coordination with the talent acquisition team for university outreach.
So far, that’s two more successful years for STEM students!
Anchor QEA | Stepping Up
A majority of Anchor’s marketing team works at the Seattle headquarters, however, two team members operate out of Asheville, North Carolina.
When Hurricane Helene left Asheville devastated in October 2024, we had no internet connection to our manager for over 12 days.
Our team scrambled to support Asheville staff while staying on top of the workload. In absence of leadership, I stepped up to support my team with information dispersal, coordination efforts, and agenda organization.
This kept us on a steady path until Asheville service was restored.
